A customer fulfilled is a client who knows a company has fulfilled their guarantees. When policies and processes promote creativity, outside-the-box believing, and a collaborative setting then a business produces more and better merchandise. When it’s from the service sector, the service it sells will likely be superior to its competitors because its employees are firing on all cylinders and content. In the end, the organization, its workers and the customer wins.
